PC gamers go wild for two games worth more than £50 scanning for absolutely nothing | The Sun

WHILE high-end gaming PCs can be expensive, PC games are often much cheaper than their console counterparts.

A new deal has just landed on a popular online storefront, allowing you to save more than £50 on games.

Epic Games Store gives away free games every week, and this week, there are two pretty pricey titles.

The first game up for grabs is Earthlock, a 90s-inspired adventure RPG.

Earthlock’s blurb reads: Embark on a journey to save the beautiful world of Umbra, a harsh planet that stopped spinning thousands of cycles ago.

“What started as a mission to rescue Amon’s uncle from the clutches of an ancient cult, soon spirals into an adventure that was centuries in the making.

Earthlock usually costs £24.99, but you can pick it up completely free this week.

The next game available this week is Surviving the AfterMath, a strategy city builder.

Its blurb reads: “Survive and thrive in a post-apocalyptic future — resources are scarce, but opportunity calls!

“Build the ultimate disaster-proof colony, protect your colonists, and restore civilization to a devastated world.

“Go beyond the colony and explore the wastelands to gather resources, meet rival colonies, and uncover the world’s secrets.”

Surviving the Aftermath usually retails for £26.99, meaning that if you pick up both games, you will save over £50.

Both of these games are available for just one week and will be removed from sale on Thursday, November 23, 2023.

You can claim and download the games either from the Epic Games Store website or directly from the Epic Games Launcher.

You will need the launcher in order to play, so you might as well grab your free download before you claim the games.

If you want to grab more free games, then check out the games coming to PS Plus in November.
