Transport company Transdev Australasia has leased a 906 sq m corporate office in Pyrmont, close to its headquarters. The office at 33 Saunders Street, part of the City West office Park which comprises three high-quality office buildings grouped around a central landscaped courtyard was struck at a rental rate of between $625-650 gross per sq m. The lease term is five years. CBRE’s Fergus Bowen and Brendan Shipp, in conjunction with Jamie Horton and Julian Grosvenor of Cadigal, negotiated the lease.
Notaras Fish Markets has leased a 623 sq m retail warehouse at 29-31 O’Riordan Street, from Windermere Holdings for $295 sq m net. The lease term is five years. Tom Barnier & Michael Crombie, Colliers International, negotiated the lease.

The property was sold as an investment with passing income of $412,166 a year net with four years remaining on the lease.
