1. In a spray bottle

Use the mixture to target stains and grease, making sure to leave it to work for a while before wiping the oven down.
If you’re not too keen on the smell of white vinegar, add some fresh lemon or washing up liquid to mask the scent.
2. With baking soda
Britons can either mix baking soda and white vinegar to form a paste or sprinkle baking soda across the oven.
Making a paste with baking soda and white vinegar can be used to target stubborn stains, while also being gentle enough not to scratch the glass.

If opting to sprinkle baking soda across the oven, spritz it with water or a water and white vinegar solution.
Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes before wiping away the paste or gently scrubbing if needed to unveil a clean oven.
3. In an ovenproof dish
Preheat your oven to its highest temperature before placing white vinegar and water into an ovenproof bowl or dish.
Place the pot in the appliance for around 20 to 60 minutes, depending on how grubby the interior is.
This method of oven cleaning will steam the white vinegar solution, loosening grease and grime from the oven walls, floor and ceiling.
White vinegar can be picked up from many retailers for around £1, making it a great affordable product to use for cleaning.
The experts continued: “When it comes to cleaning the oven, avoid using abrasive cleaners, such as harsh scouring powders or steel wool.
“They can scratch and damage the oven’s surfaces including the interior walls, glass and heating elements.
“Bleach is another product that should be avoided. It can damage the oven’s surfaces and release harmful fumes when exposed to heat.”
